Full text search and tagging

Finding relevant content is now as easy as searching in Google. Our content library supports tagging so you can easily categorize data and link content to multiple tags. The search engine not only searches on the title, tags, and descriptions of the document, but also can look into the actual content.

Subscriptions

With subscriptions, it’s easy for people to stay up to date on content they care about. Users can subscribe to whatever content they choose, just like they do with an RSS feed. They’ll automatically receive an email when an update is made to any content to which they’re subscribed.

Track downloads, ratings, and comments

As a user, it’s great to know what content is most useful. Our integrated content library lets users make comments and rate content, and even tracks downloads. Just like searching for a popular song in iTunes, you can search for popular content, specific authors, or highly rated content.

Previews and full-screen mode

Many times, you may not even need to download content. Our content library has an integrated preview panel that’s very useful for presentations and documents. You can preview a document before actually downloading it—or even give a presentation right from the library by switching into full-screen mode.
