  • Partner Premier – Get fast, unlimited support, 24/7, for both functional and technical issues—for severity 1 cases, within 2 hours. You’ll also be notified of planned maintenance and downtimes, as well as the beginning and end of such events.
  • Partner Premier with Account Manager – In addition to the benefits associated with Partner Premier, you get a designated account manager who becomes part of your team and knows your unique business, projects, and issues. With this service, you get:
    • Case management for a proactive approach and coordination of open cases
    • Annual account review of metrics such as case logins and escalations, to identify how you can use various support offerings more efficiently, for better results
    • Best-practice information and the implementation of new features and products, to make sureyou get the most from Salesforce CRM and Force.com
